How to make recipe for shakarpara at home?
Recipe for Shakarpara
Equipment
- 1 bottom vessel
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Kadhai for deep frying
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Wheat Flour
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Ghee
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tbps Rawa
- Salt as per Taste
- Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- Shakarpara ingredients
- First, we will dissolve the sugar in water, Do Not boil it.
- Heat Ghee in a pan
- Mix the flour and other ingredients well.
- Now pour hot Ghee in the flour and mix it well using a Stapula.
- Now make a Dough by adding the Sugar and water in portions.
- A rough dough is formed; let it rest for 30 mins.
- After 30 minutes, make Equal portions of the Dough
- Now start Rolling each portion and cut it into Cubes
- Once the oil is hot, put it on low/medium Flame and fry the Shakarparas.
- Once it turns, Goldern Brown and Crisp take it Off the Flame.
