Shakarpara ingredients
First, we will dissolve the sugar in water, Do Not boil it.
Heat Ghee in a pan
Mix the flour and other ingredients well.
Now pour hot Ghee in the flour and mix it well using a Stapula.
Now make a Dough by adding the Sugar and water in portions.
A rough dough is formed; let it rest for 30 mins.
After 30 minutes, make Equal portions of the Dough
Now start Rolling each portion and cut it into Cubes
Once the oil is hot, put it on low/medium Flame and fry the Shakarparas.
Once it turns, Goldern Brown and Crisp take it Off the Flame.
