Equipment

  • 1 bottom vessel
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Kadhai for deep frying

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 tbps Rawa
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Cardamom Powder

Instructions
 

  • Shakarpara ingredients
  • First, we will dissolve the sugar in water, Do Not boil it.
  • Heat Ghee in a pan
  • Mix the flour and other ingredients well.
  • Now pour hot Ghee in the flour and mix it well using a Stapula.
  • Now make a Dough by adding the Sugar and water in portions.
  • A rough dough is formed; let it rest for 30 mins.
  • After 30 minutes, make Equal portions of the Dough
  • Now start Rolling each portion and cut it into Cubes
  • Once the oil is hot, put it on low/medium Flame and fry the Shakarparas.
  • Once it turns, Goldern Brown and Crisp take it Off the Flame.
