- 1 Kadhai for deep frying

- 2 Nos Banana (Nenthra Pazham)
- 1 Cup Maida
- ¼ Cup Rice Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- A Pinch of Salt
- A Pinch of Turmeric
- Oil for Deep Frying
- 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds/Onions Seeds
Instructions
- Pazham pori ingredients
- Peel the Banana and cut it into slices, per Banana 6 pieces.
- Take a mixing bowl, maida, rice flour, salt, sugar, and black sesame seeds.
- Mix it, and then add a pinch of turmeric powder.
- Add water in portions and whisk it well to a thick batter.
- Achieve the desired thickness of the batter.
- Now heat a kadhai and pour enough oil for deep frying.
- Once the oil is hot, Dip each piece of Banana in the batter and drop it in the hot oil.
- Turn around on the other side and cook until brown, crispy and crunchy from the outside.
- Fry them on low-medium flame until golden brown and crunchy.
- It's ready; time to take them out on a paper towel.
