Ingredients
  

  • 2 Nos Banana (Nenthra Pazham)
  • 1 Cup Maida
  • ΒΌ Cup Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • A Pinch of Turmeric
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds/Onions Seeds

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Kadhai for deep frying

Method
 

  1. Pazham pori ingredients
  2. Peel the Banana and cut it into slices, per Banana 6 pieces.
  3. Take a mixing bowl, maida, rice flour, salt, sugar, and black sesame seeds.
  4. Mix it, and then add a pinch of turmeric powder.
  5. Add water in portions and whisk it well to a thick batter.
  6. Achieve the desired thickness of the batter.
  7. Now heat a kadhai and pour enough oil for deep frying.
  8. Once the oil is hot, Dip each piece of Banana in the batter and drop it in the hot oil.
  9. Turn around on the other side and cook until brown, crispy and crunchy from the outside.
  10. Fry them on low-medium flame until golden brown and crunchy.
  11. It's ready; time to take them out on a paper towel.
