How to make Kanda Bhajiya Recipe at home?

- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Kadhai for deep frying
Ingredients
- 5 No Onion sliced
- 1 Cup Besan/ Gram Flour (200 grms)
- Salt as per Taste
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Jeera
- 3 No Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 Piece Ginger Grated
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Chopped Curry Leaves
Instructions

- Mash the onions well with palms for 1-2 mins to remove the moisture from the onions.
- Now add all the ingredients – Coriander leaves, Green chillies, Ginger Curry leaves.
- Add all dry masalas – Turmeric, Chilly powder, Salt & jeera.
- Mix everything very well to get more moisture and mash it well.
- Now add Gram Flour in portions and mix it well.
- We won’t add extra water; we will mix it in the onion moisture.
- Add the remaining flour and add some salt if required.
- The Bajiya mixture is ready; rest it for 5 mins.
- Now drop the pakodas in the hot oil and lower the flame.
- Wait to stir immediately after dropping the pakodas to avoid breaking them.
- Turn them around after 30 secs, occasionally turn to cook on all sides and till crispy brown.
- Fry them for 3-4 mins or until done
- Once done, remove them in a paper tissue to drain out excess oil
