- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Strainer
- 1 bottom vessel
- 1 whisker
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Refined Oil (Or Butter)
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 No Eggs

- Grease a cake tine or a flat base vessel with ghee/ butter
- Dust some flour and spread it all around the greased tin
- Now strain the maida along with baking soda and baking powder
- Take a mixer jar and add two eggs, sugar and oil and blend it for 1-2 mins.
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowlNow add the flour in portions and fold and mix the batter.
- Now add vanilla essence and mix it.
- Finally, add milk and mix it.
- Transfer the cake batter to the greased tin and tap it once
- Garnish it with some raisins and cashews or tutty fruity
- Keep the cake tin on the stand and cover it with the lid without rubber and whistle and cook on low-medium flame for 40 mins.
- After 40 mins, check the cooked
- Check the cake using a knife/ skewer, and if it comes out clean, it's ready
- After some time, release it from the sides and turn it around on a plate.
