Ingredients
Grease a cake tine or a flat base vessel with ghee/ butter
Dust some flour and spread it all around the greased tin
Now strain the maida along with baking soda and baking powder
Take a mixer jar and add two eggs, sugar and oil and blend it for 1-2 mins.
Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowlNow add the flour in portions and fold and mix the batter. Now add vanilla essence and mix it.
Finally, add milk and mix it.
Transfer the cake batter to the greased tin and tap it once
Garnish it with some raisins and cashews or tutty fruity
Keep the cake tin on the stand and cover it with the lid without rubber and whistle and cook on low-medium flame for 40 mins.
After 40 mins, check the cooked
Check the cake using a knife/ skewer, and if it comes out clean, it's ready
After some time, release it from the sides and turn it around on a plate.
The soft and spongy cake is ready to eat!!!
