Although Soya isn’t my top pick, I had the Soya 65 recipe at a restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it tasted. I had to confirm that it was Soya and decided to try making it home. To my delight, my son and everyone else loved it too. So, I wanted to share the recipe with you all. Soya 65 is a great protein-rich option for those who don’t consume meat or dairy products and is particularly enjoyable for vegetarians who crave a meaty taste. Give it a try!
Soya is highly valued for its protein content, but it lacks a distinctive flavour. Therefore, the taste of a soya recipe depends on the spices and flavours that are added to it. It is important to use a well-balanced combination of ingredients to achieve the desired taste. An improper combination can result in an overpowering flavour that may not be pleasing to the palate.
