How to make Recipe Tomato Rice at home?

Equipment
- 1 bottom vessel
- 1 Kadhai
Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 4 No Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 No Onion Finely Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- 2 No Finely Chopped Green Chillies
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp turad dal
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp chily powder
Instructions
- Tomato Rice Ingredients
- Take a medium size kadhai and add some oil to it; once the oil is heated, add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
- Then add some Urad Daland saute it for some time.
- Add chopped Green Chillies and Curry Leaves and saute it for some time.
- Add Finely chopped Onions and saute it for some time.
- Add Chopped Tomatoes saute them for some time, and add salt to cook tomatoes faster.
- One's Tomatoes are Cooked well; add Chill powder and Turmeric powder.
- Now add Cooked Rice and Mix everything well.
- In the end, Garnish it with chopped Coriander and mix everything.
- Tasty and yummy tomato rice is ready; enjoy it with fried papad.
