How to make recipe chicken burger at home?

- 1 Mixer Grinder
- 1 Kadhai
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 250 grams Boneless Chicken
- Bread Crumbs
- 1 No Egg
- All-Purpose Flour
- Coriander Leaves
- 2-3 No Green Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Instructions
- Ingredients for chicken burger
- In a Mixer jar, add chicken pieces, coriander leaves, green chillies, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, chilly red flakes and salt as per taste.
- Grind to fine paste
- Transfer the minced chicken to a mixing bowl.
- Then add 3-4 tbsp ofbread crumbs and mix it well.
- For coating, we need – all-purpose flour, Egg, Bread crumbs
- Grease your palm with Oil, then shape the Burger Patty (the same size as the Burger Bun)
- Coat it with the same dry all-purpose flour from all sides.
- Then coat it with Egg.
- Finally, coat it well with bread crumbs.
- The chicken burger patty is ready to fry.
- Heat Oil on a medium flame
- Now drop one burger patty and fry them on low flame for 5-6 mins.
- Turn around after 2-3 mins to cook on another side on a low flame
- Chicken Burger Patty is fried until crispy and golden brown; now we can remove it from the heat
- Special Burger sauce:3-4 tbsp –Mayonnaise1 tbsp –Chilly Sauce2 tbsp –Tomato Sauce Chopped lettuce And mix everything properly

- Heat a pan on low flame, place a burger patty and put a cheese slice on top; cover with a lid and let the cheese melt on low flame for 30 secs – 1min.
- Add butter to the burger bum and toast them in the same pan.
