- 1 Kadhai
Ingredients
- 2 cups Boiled Rice
- 2 tbsp Peanuts –
- 2-3 slits Green Chillies
- ½ tbsp Ginger Chopped –
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 2-3 No Dried Red Chillies
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Oil for Cooking
Instructions

- In a Kadhai – add 2-3 tbsp of oil.
- Then add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
- Now add Urad Dal; keep it on a very low flame.
- Toss everything
- Add peanuts and fry them until crunchy.
- Add dry Red Chillies.
- Add Curry Leaves
- And then Green Chillies and fry them well.
- Add chopped Ginger and fry them.
- Add some Turmeric powder.
- Then Add Rice to this Bagaar and fry it well.
