Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Boiled Rice
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts –
  • 2-3 slits Green Chillies
  • ½ tbsp Ginger Chopped –
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • 2-3 No Dried Red Chillies
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Oil for Cooking

Instructions

  • In a Kadhai – add 2-3 tbsp of oil.
  • Then add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
  • Now add Urad Dal; keep it on a very low flame.
  • Toss everything
  • Add peanuts and fry them until crunchy.
  • Add dry Red Chillies.
  • Add Curry Leaves
  • And then Green Chillies and fry them well.
  • Add chopped Ginger and fry them.
  • Add some Turmeric powder.
  • Then Add Rice to this Bagaar and fry it well.

  • Check the seasoning and add some Salt (We have already added salt while cooking rice)
  • Pour in the lemon juice.
  • Finally, add chopped Coriander leaves and mix everything well.
