2 cups Boiled Rice 2 tbsp Peanuts – 2-3 slits Green Chillies ½ tbsp Ginger Chopped – Curry Leaves Coriander Leaves ½ tsp Mustard Seeds 1 tsp Urad Dal 2-3 No Dried Red Chillies ½ tsp Turmeric Powder Salt as per taste 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice Oil for Cooking

In a Kadhai – add 2-3 tbsp of oil.
Then add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
Now add Urad Dal; keep it on a very low flame.
