This recipe is quick and easy to make, featuring an Indo-Chinese style chicken fry. By incorporating Chinese sauces into the recipe, it has a unique flavor. How to make chicken deep fry recipe at home?

- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken
- 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour/Maida
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2-3 Green Chillies Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for Frying
Instructions
- First we need to marinate the chickenTo the chicken add ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, garam masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, chaat masala, soya sauce egg and salt as per taste
- Then Add soya sauce, one egg and salt as per taste
- Finally add cornflour and all purpose flour mix it well and coat the chicken well with all the ingredients
- Let the marinated chicken rest for atleast 30 minutes
- Heat Oil in a frying pan and once the Oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium and drop the chicken pieces one by one
- Allow the chicken to Fry on low-medium flame for about 10-12 mins one side
- After around 12 mins, Turn over the chicken pieces and fry them for another 10-12 mins on the other side on low flame
- Once the chicken is fried well from all side with a crispy coating and golden brown colorTransfer them to the serving dish
- Deliciously tempting, tender, spicy, crispy Chicken Fry is ready to eat!!!
