  • 2 tbsp Roasted Besan
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilly Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder Kashmiri
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon Juice
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method

Take 250 grams of prawns and mix in 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seed powder, one teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilly powder, one teaspoon of ginger garlic chilly paste, chopped coriander leaves, salt according to taste, one tablespoon of rice flour, and two tablespoons of roasted besan.
  3. Please include lemon juice in the list of ingredients.
  4. Ensure the prawns are well coated by mixing all ingredients and gradually adding water.
  5. To cook the coated prawns, begin by heating oil in a Kadhai.
  6. To cook marinated prawns, carefully add them one by one to hot oil.
  7. To cook prawns, fry them on medium to low heat.
  8. Remember to stir the prawns occasionally to ensure it is evenly fried on all sides.
  9. Cook the food until it is crispy and golden brown.
  10. The prawns should now be crispy and golden brown. Use a paper towel to remove them.
