Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Kadhai for deep frying

Ingredients
  

  • 2 No Boiled Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Rawa
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 2-3 No Green Chillies Chopped
  • Some Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chat Masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Some Red Chilli Flakes
  • Oil for Deep Frying

Instructions
 

  • Potato fingers ingredients
  • Heat a pan and add a teaspoon of oil. Fry garlic in the oil.
  • Add one tablespoon of red chili flakes to this.
  • Use one measuring cup to add two cups of water for one cup of rava.
  • After the water begins boiling, you may add Reva, Suji, and semolina.
  • Thoroughly mix and cook all ingredients.
  • Allow it to simmer on low heat until all the water has evaporated.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.
  • Please add the cooked Rava now.
  • Next, combine all remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl.
  • Thoroughly combine all of the ingredients.
  • Add approximately one teaspoon of oil and evenly spread it over the surface of the dough.
  • To shape the mixture, apply some oil to your palms and take small portions.
  • You can now observe that the potato fingers have taken shape and are ready to be coated.
  • Mix the corn flour and bread crumbs together thoroughly.
  • Next, include a small amount of salt and a dash of red chili flakes. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Coat every potato finger with breadcrumbs.
  • You can now observe that all the potato fingers are prepared for frying.
  • Begin by heating oil in a kadai for deep frying.
  • Put the potato fingers with the coating into the oil and cook on low heat.
  • Cook them on low heat until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Now you can see that the potato fingers are fried properly. Remove them and place them on a paper towel.
