Paneer satay recipe ingredients
Prepare the marination for paneer with Ginger garlic paste, Schezwan chutney, Soya sauce, chilly red sauce, salt, Maida and cornflour.
Add 2 tbsp of water and keep a thick consistency.
Mix it properly
Add salt and water as required to get a thick consistency.
Add paneer cubes, coat them well in the marination, and let them rest for 30 mins.
After 30 mins Using a skewer stick, pierce each paneer cube in the sticks.
Shallow fry the Paneer pieces on low flame until golden brown.
To cook evenly, make sure to turn each side while frying.
Take another pan and add 1 tbsp Oil (Using the same Oil used for Frying the paneer)
Add chopped Garlic and fry them until golden brown.
Now to this, add chopped Onions.
Add roasted and crushed peanuts.
Add Schezwan Chutney, Soya Souce & Red Chilly sauce.
Mix it sharply
Add 1/4 cup water in the same marination and mix and add in the sauce.
Mix it and cook properly.
Check to season and add salt and spice as required.
Finally, add honey and Mix it well.
Now add the Fried paneer pieces and coat them well with the sauce.
Finally, garnish with some spring onion greens.
Delicious Panner Satay is ready; serve them hot!!
