Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Maida
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 No Egg
  • A pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add Egg, Milk and a pinch of salt and sugar.
  • Mix everything well with the help of a whisker.
  • Add flour in portions and mix it well using a whicker.
  • Add ¾ tsp baking powder.
  • Finally, add refined oil.
  • Mix it well with the help of a whisker.
  • Use the right proportions to get the right consistency (Dosa Batter Consistency)
  • Heat a non-stick Pan; pour some batter and let it cook on low-medium flame.
  • When you see a small hole in the pancake, you can understand you have made a perfect pan cake.
  • Turn over on the other side after a minute
