Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bowl Coriander Leaves
  • 4 No Green Chillies
  • 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
  • 4 No Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Coconut
  • Salt as per Taste
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice

Equipment

  • 1 Mixer Grinder
  • 1 Jar

Method
 

  1. Take a mixer jar and add ingredients one by one.

  2. Firstly add coriander leaf and green chilis into the jar.
  3. Then add some mint leaf
  4. Then add 4 Garlic Cloves
  5. Now add a Small cup of Freshly Grated Coconut
  6. Then add half tsp. Salt or as per your taste.
  7. Squeeze in Laman juice and ensure Laman seeds are not entering the jar.
  8. Now grind this to a fine paste.
  9. The spicy and tangy green sandwich chutney recipe is ready.

Notes

  • Make sure the Coriander and Mint leaves are washed thoroughly and used fresh
  • The freshly grated coconut should be used, and not dry coconut
  • You should not add water while grinding
  • You can use little Jaggery if required
