Ingredients
To ensure proper marination, make slits on both sides of the chicken pieces.
To begin, grab a mixing bowl and pour in 1/2 cup of curd.
Next, include all the dry spices such as red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala.Next, include salt, amchur powder, and ginger garlic paste. Squeeze in one lemon juice in the marination and mix it well
To marinate the chicken pieces, be sure to massage the mixture thoroughly into the meat and within the slits to allow the spices and flavors to soak in.
The marination completely covers all pieces of chicken.
Now let it rest for 30 minutes while covering it with a lid.
To start, heat up some oil in either an iron or frying pan over medium heat.
To cook the chicken, heat a Tawa on low-medium flame and fry the pieces. Remember to turn them occasionally until both sides are well roasted.
Serve it hot with chopped onions rings and green chutney
