250gramsBoneless Fish PiecesWe can choose from Seer fish, Basa, Salmon, or any other boneless and fleshy options for the fish fillets.
1tspRed Chilly Powder
1tspginger Garlic Paste
2tbspGram Flour
1tbspRice Flour
1tbspCurd
1/4tspCarrom Seeds
1/4tspAsofoetida
Salt as per taste
1/2tspTurmeric Powder
1/2tbspMustard Oil
Oil for Deep Frying

Instructions
Amritsari fish ingredients
Marinate the fish pieces with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, Red Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, Kasuri methi, Asofoetida, Carrom Seeds & Mustard Oil.
Add 1/2 tbsp Mustard Oil.
Mix and coat well in the fish and marinate it for 30 mins.
After 30 mins, Add Curd, Gram FLour and RIch flour to the marinated fish.
Please ensure that all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Heat enough Oil in a Kadhai for Deep Frying on a medium flame.
Add fish pieces one by one and let them cook/ Fry on low flame for 3-4 mins.
Fry the fish pieces until golden brown and crispy.
Amritsari Fish is ready to be served with some Green chutney and salad.
