- Amla Jam ingredients

- Use a grater to grate the amlas.

- Now you can see that the amlas have been properly grated.

- Use a steel bottom vessel or kadai when cooking with Amla for the best results. Avoid using aluminum or other vessels as they can react with the Amla and cause it to turn black in color.

- Add one cup of sugar and half a cup of water to sweeten your mixture. The ratio is one part water to two parts sugar.

- Mix the ingredients thoroughly, allow them to melt, and boil over low to medium heat.

- When the water starts boiling, add the grated Amla and allow it to boil on a high flame.

- After the mixture has reached boiling point, reduce the heat and allow it to simmer for 20 minutes. Remember to stir occasionally.

- Simply cover it with a lid and allow it to cook for a designated amount of time.

- After 20 minutes, check the Amla and add Cardamom, Clove, or Cinnamon Powder.

- Make sure to mix the ingredients thoroughly to ensure proper combination.

- Continue cooking on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.

- The final step is to add one tablespoon of Ghee.

- Mix and Combine the ingredients.

- The Amla Jam is ready. You can turn off the heat now.
