  • 1 tsp Cardomom Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves & Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

  • Use a steel bottom vessel or kadai when cooking with Amla for the best results. Avoid using aluminum or other vessels as they can react with the Amla and cause it to turn black in color.

  • Add one cup of sugar and half a cup of water to sweeten your mixture. The ratio is one part water to two parts sugar.
