How to make Sweet Corn Soup recipe at home?
Sweet Corn Soup Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Mixer Grinder
- 1 Kadhai
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sweet corns
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Beans
- 1 No small Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Corn Flour Powder
- 1 tbsp Green Chilly Sauce
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes (Optional)
Instructions
- Ingredients of sweet corn soup
- Add half a cup of sweet corn and 2 tbsp water in a mixer jar and grind to a fine paste.
- The fine paste is ready
- Heat a wok or a Deep kadhai and add 1 tbsp Oil.
- Keeping on high flame, add chopped ginger and garlic and fry them.
- Now add finely chopped onion
- Fry them until translucent.
- Add finely chopped veggies
- Stir fry it for 1-2 mins on a high flame
- Then add sweet corn and stir fry them for1-2 mins.
- Add around 1-litre water and let it boil on a high flame
- Add salt and black pepper as taste
- Then add sweet corn paste, mix it well and let it boil.
- Once it starts boiling, add red chilli flakes and green chill sauce
- Finally, add cornflour paste as required (add in portions as per the thickness required)
- Sweet corn soup is ready to be served hot!!
Notes
- Since we are adding Corn Paste so Corn starch is not required in this recipe. Corn paste gives thickness to the soup
- For best results serve it hot
- You can add desired veggie in this soup
