Ingredients of sweet corn soup
Add half a cup of sweet corn and 2 tbsp water in a mixer jar and grind to a fine paste.
The fine paste is ready
Heat a wok or a Deep kadhai and add 1 tbsp Oil.
Keeping on high flame, add chopped ginger and garlic and fry them.
Now add finely chopped onion
Fry them until translucent.
Add finely chopped veggies
Stir fry it for 1-2 mins on a high flame
Then add sweet corn and stir fry them for1-2 mins.
Add around 1-litre water and let it boil on a high flame
Add salt and black pepper as taste
Then add sweet corn paste, mix it well and let it boil.
Once it starts boiling, add red chilli flakes and green chill sauce
Finally, add cornflour paste as required (add in portions as per the thickness required)
Sweet corn soup is ready to be served hot!!
