Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Sweet corns
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Beans
  • 1 No small Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour Powder
  • 1 tbsp Green Chilly Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Ingredients of sweet corn soup
  • Add half a cup of sweet corn and 2 tbsp water in a mixer jar and grind to a fine paste.
  • The fine paste is ready
  • Heat a wok or a Deep kadhai and add 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Keeping on high flame, add chopped ginger and garlic and fry them.
  • Now add finely chopped onion
  • Fry them until translucent.
  • Add finely chopped veggies
  • Stir fry it for 1-2 mins on a high flame
  • Then add sweet corn and stir fry them for1-2 mins.
  • Add around 1-litre water and let it boil on a high flame
  • Add salt and black pepper as taste
  • Then add sweet corn paste, mix it well and let it boil.
  • Once it starts boiling, add red chilli flakes and green chill sauce
  • Finally, add cornflour paste as required (add in portions as per the thickness required)
  • Sweet corn soup is ready to be served hot!!

Notes

  • Since we are adding Corn Paste so Corn starch is not required in this recipe. Corn paste gives thickness to the soup
  • For best results serve it hot
  • You can add desired veggie in this soup
