How to make Sev Recipe at home?

Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Kadhai for deep frying
- 1 whisker
- 1 Chakli Maker
Ingredients
- 250 grms Besan Flour
- 1 tbsp Ajwain (Carrom Seeds)
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
Instructions
- Sev recipe ingredients
- Heat Oil in a Bottom Pan
- Pour 3-4 tbsp hot oil into the Besan flour.
- Add all Dry Masalas to the flour
- Mix well with a Stapula
- Now add enough water and make a very soft dough.
- Soft Dough is ready
- Now take a Chakli Maker, place a portion of dough, and close it.
- Ones the oil is heated well, on a medium/low flame, press the Sev in it
- Once the Sev gets cooked on one side, turn it to the other side
- Now Sev is ready; we can remove it from the oil
- Brack, the Sev to store it conveniently
