Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Kadhai for deep frying
  • 1 whisker
  • 1 Chakli Maker

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grms Besan Flour
  • 1 tbsp Ajwain (Carrom Seeds)
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder

Instructions

  • Heat Oil in a Bottom Pan
  • Pour 3-4 tbsp hot oil into the Besan flour.
  • Add all Dry Masalas to the flour
  • Mix well with a Stapula
  • Now add enough water and make a very soft dough.
  • Soft Dough is ready
  • Now take a Chakli Maker, place a portion of dough, and close it.
  • Ones the oil is heated well, on a medium/low flame, press the Sev in it
  • Once the Sev gets cooked on one side, turn it to the other side
  • Now Sev is ready; we can remove it from the oil
  • Brack, the Sev to store it conveniently

• Water ratio should be appropriate as shown in the recipe video
