How to make Recipe for Kadai Paneer at home?

Equipment
- 1 Kadhai
- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 150 grams Paneer
- 1 No Capsicum Chopped
- 3 No Tomatoes Chopped
- 9 No Cashews (soaked in water)
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 2 No Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
- Some Whole spices
- Oil for Cooking
Instructions

- Add tomatoes and soaked cashews in a Mixer jar and grind them to a fine paste.
- Heat a pan and stir fry the paneer cubes on high flame until slightly golden brown
- In the same pan, stir fry the chopped capsicum on high flame.
- Heat a Kadhai with 2 tbsp of oil and add some whole spices and cumin seeds.
- Add chopped ginger and chopped green chillies and fry them until aromatic.
- Now add the tomato and cashew puree and start stirring. After some time, add salt as per taste.
- Once the tomato puree is cooked well and the oil separates, add all the dry masalas.
- Add the fried paneer and capsicum and cook in the grave for 1-2 mins.
- Add some water to the gravy to get a loose consistency as per your choice.
- Allow the gravy to boil for 1-2 mins.
- Finally, add 1 tbsp fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
