Kadai paneer recipe ingredients
Add tomatoes and soaked cashews in a Mixer jar and grind them to a fine paste.
Heat a pan and stir fry the paneer cubes on high flame until slightly golden brown
In the same pan, stir fry the chopped capsicum on high flame.
Heat a Kadhai with 2 tbsp of oil and add some whole spices and cumin seeds.
Add chopped ginger and chopped green chillies and fry them until aromatic.
Now add the tomato and cashew puree and start stirring. After some time, add salt as per taste.
Once the tomato puree is cooked well and the oil separates, add all the dry masalas.
Add the fried paneer and capsicum and cook in the grave for 1-2 mins.
Add some water to the gravy to get a loose consistency as per your choice.
Allow the gravy to boil for 1-2 mins.
Finally, add 1 tbsp fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
