How to make Khandvi Recipe at home?

- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 whisker
- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Gram Flour
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 Cups Water
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt as required
- 1 tbsp Ginger and Chilly Paste
- ½ tsp White Sesame Seeds
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Chopped Coriander Leaves

- Add one curd and 2 cups of water to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk it well with a whisker.
- Add besan or gram flour in portions and whisk it continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add turmeric and salt
- Mix it well with a whisker.
- Add 1 tbsp Ginger and Chilli paste.
- Add 1 tbsp Ginger and Chill Paste.
- Take a nonstick pan and pour the batter by straining it.
- Please keep it on a low flame and continuously stir it to form a sticky paste.
- This should take 5-7 mins.
- Continuously stir it to avoid lumps.
- The paste is ready, with non-pouring consistency.
- Take a flat scapula and spread it across the plate evenly.

- Now slowly start rolling each strip
- Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds.
- Then add curry leaves and turn off the heat.
