Khandvi recipe ingredients
Add one curd and 2 cups of water to a mixing bowl.
Whisk it well with a whisker.
Add besan or gram flour in portions and whisk it continuously to avoid lumps.

Take a nonstick pan and pour the batter by straining it.
Please keep it on a low flame and continuously stir it to form a sticky paste.
This should take 5-7 mins.
Continuously stir it to avoid lumps.
The paste is ready, with non-pouring consistency.
Take a flat scapula and spread it across the plate evenly.

After 5 mins, cut it to equal size strips
Now slowly start rolling each strip
Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds.
Then add curry leaves and turn off the heat.
Then add white sesame seeds and roast well.
