How to make hara bhara kabab at home?

Equipment
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Mixer Grinder
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Spinach – Roughly chopped
- Bread Crumbs
- 1 No Mashed Potato
- 1/2 Cup Grated Paneer
- 1/4 Cup Green peas
- 1/4 Cup Capsicum
- 1/4 Cup Beans
- 1-2 No Green Chillies Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- Hara bhara kabab ingredients
- Heat a Kadhai and add 1 tbsp of Oil.
- Add chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute until aromatic.
- Add green peas, capsicum and beans and saute for2-3 mins.
- Add salt as required and mix it well.
- Add chopped spinach and saute until the water releases.
- Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
- Check after 5 mins and dry up any excess water.
- Please turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Transfer it to a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
- Transfer the grounded paste to a mixing bowl.
- Add grated paneer and mashed potato
- Chopped coriander leaves, dry masalas and salt
- Add cornflour to the mix
- Add 2-3 tbsp – Bread crumbs
- Mix it all together to form a dough.
- Take a portion of the dough and shape them to form kababs.
- Coat them with Bread crumbs from all sides, and place a cashew over it for garnish
- Make similar kababs from the rest of the dough.
- Deep fry the kababs on medium flame until golden brown and crispy (Do not stir continuously)
- The kababs have turned golden brown and crispy; it's ready to have.
