Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Spinach - Roughly chopped
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1 No Mashed Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Paneer
  • 1/4 Cup Green peas
  • 1/4 Cup Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup Beans
  • 1-2 No Green Chillies Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Equipment

  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Mixer Grinder
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Method
 

  1. Hara bhara kabab ingredients
  2. Heat a Kadhai and add 1 tbsp of Oil.
  3. Add chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute until aromatic.
  4. Add green peas, capsicum and beans and saute for2-3 mins.
  5. Add salt as required and mix it well.
  6. Add chopped spinach and saute until the water releases.
  7. Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
  8. Check after 5 mins and dry up any excess water.
  9. Please turn off the heat and let it cool.
  10. Transfer it to a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
  11. Transfer the grounded paste to a mixing bowl.
  12. Add grated paneer and mashed potato
  13. Chopped coriander leaves, dry masalas and salt
  14. Add cornflour to the mix
  15. Add 2-3 tbsp – Bread crumbs
  16. Mix it all together to form a dough.
  17. Take a portion of the dough and shape them to form kababs.
  18. Coat them with Bread crumbs from all sides, and place a cashew over it for garnish
  19. Make similar kababs from the rest of the dough.
  20. Deep fry the kababs on medium flame until golden brown and crispy (Do not stir continuously)
  21. The kababs have turned golden brown and crispy; it's ready to have.
