Hara bhara kabab ingredients
Heat a Kadhai and add 1 tbsp of Oil.
Add chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute until aromatic.
Add green peas, capsicum and beans and saute for2-3 mins.
Add salt as required and mix it well.
Add chopped spinach and saute until the water releases.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
Check after 5 mins and dry up any excess water.
Please turn off the heat and let it cool.
Transfer it to a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
Transfer the grounded paste to a mixing bowl.
Add grated paneer and mashed potato
Chopped coriander leaves, dry masalas and salt
Add cornflour to the mix
Add 2-3 tbsp – Bread crumbs
Mix it all together to form a dough.
Take a portion of the dough and shape them to form kababs.
Coat them with Bread crumbs from all sides, and place a cashew over it for garnish
Make similar kababs from the rest of the dough.
Deep fry the kababs on medium flame until golden brown and crispy (Do not stir continuously)
The kababs have turned golden brown and crispy; it's ready to have.
