Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Spinach - Roughly chopped
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1 No Mashed Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Paneer
  • 1/4 Cup Green peas
  • 1/4 Cup Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup Beans
  • 1-2 No Green Chillies Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instructions
 

  • Hara bhara kabab ingredients
  • Heat a Kadhai and add 1 tbsp of Oil.
  • Add chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute until aromatic.
  • Add green peas, capsicum and beans and saute for2-3 mins.
  • Add salt as required and mix it well.
  • Add chopped spinach and saute until the water releases.
  • Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
  • Check after 5 mins and dry up any excess water.
  • Please turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • Transfer it to a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
  • Transfer the grounded paste to a mixing bowl.
  • Add grated paneer and mashed potato
  • Chopped coriander leaves, dry masalas and salt
  • Add cornflour to the mix
  • Add 2-3 tbsp – Bread crumbs
  • Mix it all together to form a dough.
  • Take a portion of the dough and shape them to form kababs.
  • Coat them with Bread crumbs from all sides, and place a cashew over it for garnish
  • Make similar kababs from the rest of the dough.
  • Deep fry the kababs on medium flame until golden brown and crispy (Do not stir continuously)
  • The kababs have turned golden brown and crispy; it's ready to have.
