How to make Chicken Frankie Recipe at home?

Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 bottom vessel
Ingredients
- 250 grams Boneless Chicken
- 2 Onions Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per Taste
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- Lemon Juice/ Vinegar soaked with Green Chillies
- Oil for Cooking
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of purpose flour with Salt.
- Add water in portions and knead a chapati dough.
- Add some Oil to the dough.
- Knead a non-sticky dough.
- Cover and let it rest for 15 mins.
- Add some oil to the pan and add two finely chopped Onions.
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste.
- Once one’s onion gets golden brown, add 250 grams of Boneless Chicken.
- After sauteing for some time, add some salt as per taste.
- Then add 1 tbsp – Tandoori Masala, 1 tsp Red CHilly powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp – chaat masala, 1/4 tsp – turmeric powder.
- To prepare, add water and let the mixture simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Keep on a high flame and reduce excess water.
- The chicken filling is ready.
- Make equal portions of the dough.
- Roll it to a chapati.
- Roast the Chapati from both sides.
- Beat two eggs with Black pepper and a pinch of Salt.
- In Tawa, add some Oil and pour half an Egg.
- Place one Roti/ Wrap Over the Egg and Press it gently.
- Place some Chicken Filling on the wrap on one side.
- Pour some lemon juice/ Vinegar soaked with chillies.
- Roll the Frankie and wrap it with a piece of butter paper.
