- ¼ Cup Coriander Leaves Chopped
- ½ Cup Methi leaves or Dill Leaves (as desired) Chopped
- 1 Nos Carrot Grated
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger Chopped
- 1 tsp Green Chillies Chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for Cooking
- 1.5 Cup Hot water as required to knead a soft dough

- To make the mixture, put rice flour and finely chopped onions into the mixing bowl.
- Add grated carrot and chopped methi leaves to the mixture. Alternatively, you can use dill leaves or any other vegetable you prefer.
- Next, add chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Next, add the chopped ginger and finely chopped green chillies. If you're making this for children, it's best to omit the green chillies.
- Add salt to the mixture according to the desired taste.
- Mix all the ingredients with the flour until well combined.
- Mixing the ingredients thoroughly is important to ensure that the salt and other components are evenly distributed throughout the flour.
- Next, add two tablespoons of oil.
- Mix it again with the flour.
- To knead the dough, use 1.5 cups of hot water. It's essential to ensure the water is hot and not at room temperature.

- Add oil to the pan and cook on one side for at least 2 minutes.

- Cover with a lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Once both sides of the roti are cooked, it usually takes about 4-5 minutes to ensure it is cooked thoroughly.
