Pizza Dough
- Take a Mixing bowl and add around 2-3 tbsp hot water , to the hot water then add Sugar and Yeast and mix it well

- Let it rest for 10 mins to activate the Yeast

- After 10 mins you can see the froth which means the yeast is activate now

- Then add salt as per taste and italian seasoning or oregano and mix it together

- Now add Maida or all purpose flour in the mixture and mix it gently

- Then add around 3-4 tbsp of Oil and mix again

- Knead a soft Dough using Luke warm water, Add water in portionsWe need a sticky dough so add water accordingly

- Add some more oil and knead it again

- Transfer it to a flat plate or surface and knead it for 10 mins

- After 10 mins of Kneading the dough grease it with some Oil and rest it for 1 hour atleastCover it with a lid or Wet cloth

- After one hour the Dough has risen and fermented well

- Knead it for more 5 mins

- Now divide it to equal parts

- Now take a pizza pan and grease it with butter or ghee

- Place a dough and spread it evenly with you hands across the pan

- Now spread pizza sauce over it using a spatula

- Spread grated mozarella cheese generously over it

- Then add toppings as per your choice - I am adding bell peppers, sweet corns, onion bulbs, tomatoes, mashroom and paneer cubes

- Sprinkle some salt over the pizza, And then again spread some grated mozarella cheese over itSprinkle some oil over the Pizza

- Since I am making it in an Oven, I have Preheated the Microwave Oven for 5 min at 180 degreesTAWA PIZZA - You can also make it over Tawa, By placing two tawas together, the below tawa should be thick and place second tawa keep it on high flame for 5 mins before keeping the Pizza then place the Pizza on it and cover it with a lid and cook for 15-20 mins on low flamePlace it on the Pre heated Oven and microwave for 20 mins at 180 degrees

- After 20 mins, Remove the pizza from the Oven and cut in equal parts

- Veg Cheese Pizza is ready to be relished

Let the Dough ferment for atleast 1 hour, if you keep it longer it will taste better and become more soft (Not longer than 2 hours)
Ensure the yeast activates, If it doesnt form froth (activates) after adding it in the warm water then the yeast is not of good quality and wont give good results.
Toppings can be as per your choice
Mozarella cheese is recommended for Pizzas
