Tikka Paneer Ingredients
Add curd and all the other spices in abottom vessel and mix it well.
Add half lemon juice without seed to themix and give a good mix.
Add paneer to the marinated coating and mix well.
Mix the paneer in the coating well.
Add pieces of onion, capsicum and tomatoes to the marinated paneer mix.
Mix veggies with paneer mix
Freeze everything for 30 minutes.
Take the skewer sticks and pierce them one by one, paneer, then capsicum and onion.
Then heat a grilling pan, add some oiland place the skewer sticks with veggies into the pan.
Change the side of the Paneer Tikka ones. It's cooked well. (please check the video for better clarity)
Spicy and tangy Paneer Tikka is ready. Have it with green chutney.
