Soya Chaap Ingredients
Cut the Soya Chaap into small pieces.
Then Marinate the Soya Chaap with Red chill Powder, Salt and some chaat masala.
Mix everything well
Fry the Marinated Soya Chaap until Golden brown
In a Kadhai, add some oil and some Butter.
After the butter is melted, add some whole spices – Cumin, cinnamon & Cloves
Then add finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
Then Grind together Tomato, Garlic, Green Chillies and Cashews
Once the Onions are golden brown, add the tomato puree and saute until the oil separates
Add salt as per taste.
Add chilly red powder, turmeric, Dhana Jeera Powder & Chaat Masala. P.S – I said b mistake; it's Chaat Masala :-)
Now add Curd and mix it well.
Add some water and let it boil.
Transfer the fried Soya Chaaps into the Gravy
Add 1 Cup of Water and let it boil, and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
Add some Kasuri Methi & Garam Masala
Finally, add some chopped Corianderleaves.
