Equipment

  • 1 bottom vessel
  • 1 Mixer Grinder

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Pistachios
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 2 tsp Melon Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves, Cinnomon and Nutmeg Powder
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Peppercorns
  • Dried Rosh Petals
  • 2 tsp Khus Khus

Instructions
 

  • 250 ml - Milk
  • 3 tsp – Sugar (as per choice)
  • A pinch of Saffron strands (for colour and flavour) P.S– Use a pinch of turmeric if you don’t have kesar & add Cardomom for flavour
  • Mix everything properly
  • Please bring it to a boil and turn off the flame; let it cool down to room temperature.
  • Thandai Mix ingredients
  • Grind all the ingredients together to acoarse powder.
  • Thandai Mix is ready.
  • Take a tall glass, add some ice cubes, kesar Milk and then add 2.5 tsp of instant Thandai mix.
  • Mix everything properly
  • Garnish with some rose petals and chopped pistachios
  • Instant thandai is ready; serve them chilled!!
