1 Mixer Grinder
1/4 Cup Almonds 1/4 Cup Pistachios 1/4 Cup Cashews 2 tsp Melon Seeds 1/4 tsp Cloves, Cinnomon and Nutmeg Powder 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds 1/2 tbsp Black Peppercorns Dried Rosh Petals 2 tsp Khus Khus
250 ml - Milk
3 tsp – Sugar (as per choice)
A pinch of Saffron strands (for colour and flavour) P.S– Use a pinch of turmeric if you don’t have kesar & add Cardomom for flavour
Mix everything properly
Please bring it to a boil and turn off the flame; let it cool down to room temperature.
Thandai Mix ingredients
Grind all the ingredients together to acoarse powder.
Thandai Mix is ready.
Take a tall glass, add some ice cubes, kesar Milk and then add 2.5 tsp of instant Thandai mix.
Mix everything properly
Garnish with some rose petals and chopped pistachios
Instant thandai is ready; serve them chilled!!
