Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Pistachios
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 2 tsp Melon Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves, Cinnomon and Nutmeg Powder
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Peppercorns
  • Dried Rosh Petals
  • 2 tsp Khus Khus

Equipment

  • 1 bottom vessel
  • 1 Mixer Grinder

Method
 

  1. 250 ml - Milk
  2. 3 tsp – Sugar (as per choice)
  3. A pinch of Saffron strands (for colour and flavour) P.S– Use a pinch of turmeric if you don’t have kesar & add Cardomom for flavour
  4. Mix everything properly
  5. Please bring it to a boil and turn off the flame; let it cool down to room temperature.
  6. Thandai Mix ingredients
  7. Grind all the ingredients together to acoarse powder.
  8. Thandai Mix is ready.
  9. Take a tall glass, add some ice cubes, kesar Milk and then add 2.5 tsp of instant Thandai mix.
  10. Mix everything properly
  11. Garnish with some rose petals and chopped pistachios
  12. Instant thandai is ready; serve them chilled!!
