Ingredients of caramel custard
To make caramel - heat a pan on low flame and melt the Sugar until golden brown
Immediately add the sugar caramel into the Remkin bowls or Cake Tin.
Keep them aside and let them cool.
Add two eggs and 2 tbsp sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk it well.
Then it goes in Vanilla Essence
Finally, add Milk and whisk it again for a while
Using a strainer, strain the mixer to get a smooth batter.
Pour the mixture into the bowls
Cover the bowls using an aluminium foil
Place the bowl in a steamer and steam them on a medium flame for 20-25 mins
Check after 25 mins and remove the tray aside.
To check its cooked, use a skewer stick and do a clean stick test
After 2-3 hours, release the sides using a knife.
Keep a plate upside down and transfer it to a plate gently.
The delicious and mouth-melting Egg Caramel Custard is ready to be served!!
