Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, add Gram Flour and semolina and mix it well.
Then add some ghee and mix it.
Add some more ghee till you can bind the flour together.
Now add little lukewarm milk to the flour and knead a dough.
The stiff dough is ready, and we have used only ¼ cup of milk.
Now make small balls or thin patties of the dough.
These are ready for deep frying.
Heat some oil in a kadhai and then practice in the hot oil and fry them on low-medium flame.
Fry them until golden brown on a low-medium flame.
Add 1 cup of sugar and half a cup of water to a pan and let it boil until thick.
Break them into small pieces and add them to a mixer jar
Grind it to a powder
The Flour mixture is ready.
Transfer them to a mixing bowl
Now add dried fruits & cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well.
Add 2 tbsp of Desi ghee for extra taste.
Then add a portion of lukewarm Sugar Syrup; P. S – The Sugar syrup should not be hot.
Mix everything
The ladoo Mixture is ready for binding.
