Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Mixer Grinder
  • 1 bottom vessel
  • 1 Kadhai

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 1 Cup Rawa
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Dry Fruits chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • 1/2 tbsp Cardomom Powder

Instructions
 

  • Ingredients
  • In a mixing bowl, add Gram Flour and semolina and mix it well.
  • Then add some ghee and mix it.
  • Add some more ghee till you can bind the flour together.
  • Now add little lukewarm milk to the flour and knead a dough.
  • The stiff dough is ready, and we have used only ¼ cup of milk.
  • Now make small balls or thin patties of the dough.
  • These are ready for deep frying.
  • Heat some oil in a kadhai and then practice in the hot oil and fry them on low-medium flame.
  • Fry them until golden brown on a low-medium flame.
  • Add 1 cup of sugar and half a cup of water to a pan and let it boil until thick.
  • Break them into small pieces and add them to a mixer jar
  • Grind it to a powder
  • The Flour mixture is ready.
  • Transfer them to a mixing bowl
  • Now add dried fruits & cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp of Desi ghee for extra taste.
  • Then add a portion of lukewarm Sugar Syrup; P. S – The Sugar syrup should not be hot.
  • Mix everything
  • The ladoo Mixture is ready for binding.
  • Make shapes as per your interest
  • The Rawa Besan ladoo are ready to be relished!!
