Sev Puri ingredients
In a mixing bowl, add Maida, Rawa, Cumin & Carrom seeds and mix them well.
Add water in portions and knead a stiff dough.
The dough is ready. Now rest it for 30 mins.
Knead the dough again after 30 mins and divide it into equal portions
Roll it to a thin chapati
Use a round dye/mould and cut it into round shapes
Use a fork and poke the Papdis all across
Heat oil in a kadhai and drop Papdis one by one into the kadhi
Fry them until golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally
Remove them from paper tissue.
Crispy and crunchy Papdi’s are ready; you can store it in an airtight container for two week
For Sev puri chaat, we need, Papdi, Tamarind Chutney, and green chutney.
Roughly mash the boiled potatoes.
Place Papadis on the plates.
Put some mashed potatoes over it.
Add some chopped onions and tomatoes.
Put some green chutney as per the taste.
Put some Tamarind Chutney as per the taste.
Sprinkle some chat masala, red chilly, cumin powder and salt
Finally, cover it with Nylon Sev.
Garnish with chopped coriander
Chatpata Sev Puri Chat is ready to be served.
