Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 No Bread Slices
  • 1/2 cup Grated mozarella cheese
  • 1 No sliced tomatoes
  • 1 No Diced capsicum
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 No Diced Onions
  • pizza Sauce or tomato sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilly flakes
  • 1 tsp oregeno/ italian Seasoning

Equipment

  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Iron Tawa

Method
 

  1. Bread pizza ingredients
  2. Take two slices of bread and spread pizza or tomato sauce over it.
  3. Sprinkle some grated cheese.
  4. Top it with some veggies as per your choice.
  5. Spread some more grated cheese.
  6. Finally, sprinkle some chilly red flakes, oregano and salt.
  7. Heat two pans together; we will roast them on a double pan on the lowest flame to avoid burning.
  8. Once the pan is hot, please put the two bread slices in the pan.
  9. Cover and cook on a low flame for 7-8 mins or until the cheese melts.
  10. After 7-8 mins bread is roasted well, and the cheese has melted too
  11. The Bread Pizza is ready; now remove it in a plate
  12. Cut them into desired shapes and serve them hot!!
