- Mayonnaise ingredients

- Add Egg whites, lemon juice, Sugar, salt, and black pepper powder in a mixer jar.

- Pulse and grind for 8-10 times

- Now add 3-4 tbsp of Oil.

- Again pulse and grind 8-10 times.

- Add some more Oil, and again, pulse and grind.

- Pules and grind more for the last time

- Remove from the mixer jar and enjoy

Notes
Pulse and grind until you get the whitish and thick consistency sauce, Add extra oil if the consistency is not perfect.
You need to pulse and grind several times until the perfect mayonnaise is ready
Avoid adding yolk as egg yolk gives a foul smell to the sauce, Though its optional
Always refrigerate the sauce for a longer shelf life.
You can add red chilly flakes and garlic too to the sauce as per taste or make it plain as per choice.
