Ingredients of korma mutton recipe
Marinate the mutton pieces with curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder, Turmeric and salt.
Mix all the ingredients and marinate them for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a kadhai to deep fry the onions until crispy brown on high med flame
Heat a bottom vessel and add 2 tbsp ghee & 2 tbsp oil.
Add whole spices and roast them until aromatic on low flame.
Add 2-3 slit Green Chilies.
Add the marinated Mutton pieces and saute on high flame for 5 mins.
Add 2 Cups of hot water and let it boil on a high flame
Cover with an airtight lid and allow it to cook on flame for 1 hour (stir occasionally)
Coarsely grind the crispy fried onions.
Check after 1 hour
Now add the coarsely ground fried onion powder and mix it well.
Add cashew paste and stir it again.
Finely add Garam Masala and Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder.
Cover and Cook for Another 10 mins on low flame
Delicious Mutton Korma is ready to be served !!!
