Though I am tea lover but sometime its good to shift to another caffeine drink for a change ;-) So I do have coffee occassionally, But my all time favourite will be Chai for sure. Since the lockdown everyone is exploring their cooking skills and there are so many trending recipes rolling around, one of which is the very trendy and internet sensation "Dalgona Coffee" so I thought of giving it a try as anyways I was really missing those fancy coffee shops, so here is the recipe for all of you...
Take a mixing bowl, Add 2 tbsp of Instant Coffee Powder
Add 2 tbps of Sugar
Then Add 2 tbsp of Hot Water (The proportion should be 2:2:2) for the perfect whipped coffee
Use a Hand Whisker and whisk it continuously for 15-20 mins in good speed to get a perfect whipping cream. If you have a electric whisker it will be done in 4-5 mins
After 15-20 mins the coffee is whipped well and comes to a non pouring consistency
The whipped coffee is ready
For Cold Dalgona - Take a tall glass add 4-5 ice cubes , then pour room temperature Milk till 3/4 glass and on the top spread the whipped coffee as shown
Garnish it with some grated chocolate or some chocolate syrup
For Hot Dalgona Coffee - Take a medium size glass add Hot Milk fill till 3/4 glass
Then spread some Whipped coffee over it....
Garnish it choco chips or dust some instant coffee powder over it.The whipped coffee is really strong so make sure you mix it along with milk before you sip into the coffee...Njoyyyyyy
