Hariyali chicken recipe ingredients.
Marinate the chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric & Salt.
Mix it well and let it rest for 30 mins.
Meanwhile, heat a kadhai and add 2-3 tbsp of Oil.
Add whole spices and let it roast.
Add finely chopped onions and fry them until golden brown on low flame.
Then add some Salt while frying the onions.
Once the onions turn golden brown, add the marinated chicken.
Cook it on a high flame for 4-5 mins.
Make the green masala past by adding coriander, mint, Green Chilies & cashew and grind it to a fine paste with a bit of water.
Now add the green masala paste to the chicken and mix it well.
Mix and cook it well.
Check to season and add Salt as per taste.
Then add all the dry masala - cumin powder, Garam Masala & Black pepper powder.
Mix it thoroughly.
Once it starts boiling, lower the flame and let it cook for 15-20 mins.
After 15 mins, check the chicken.
Add some Kasuri Methi by crushing it in your palms.
Mix everything properly.
Hariyali chicken is ready to be served.
