Ingredients
  

  • 4 No Onions Finely Chopped
  • 2 No Tomatoes Finely Chopped
  • 4 No Eggs
  • Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 Piece Chopped ginger
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 No Green Chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander and jeera powder

Instructions
 

  • Egg Bhurji ingredients
  • In a kadhai, take 2 tbsp Oil and Fry the Onions till translucent
  • Now add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add chopped tomatoes
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Mix everything well
  • Add all Dry Masalas
  • Mix everything well
  • Now add Eggs and Fry them well before mixing them with the masala.
  • Now mix everything well
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and mix them well
  • Delicious Egg Bhurji is ready.

  • Depending on your choice, egg bhurji can be made with and without Tomatoes.
  • The use of green chillies and curry leaves gives added flavour.
