Paneer chilly ingredients
Mix Maida, cornflour and salt and form a paste by adding water.
Ensure there are no lumps.
Heat oil in a kadhai
Coat each Paneer in the Batter and Deep Fry them.
Fry them on a Medium Flame for a Minute.
Remove them to a plate once done
Take a Kadhai and heat 2 tbsp of Oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the chopped Garlic, Ginger and Slit Green Chillies.
Now add Onions and Fry them for 30 seconds.
Mix everything very well
Then add Bell Pepper and Toss everything for ½ Minute on a high flame.
Add Tomato Ketchup, Schezwan Sauce, Soya Sauce and Salt as per taste.
Mix everything well
Add 3-4 tbsp of water to form a sauce.
Add salt as per your taste.
Add Fried Paneer into the Sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
Mix everything very well.
Paneer Chilly is ready to be served!!!
