Ariselu recipe ingredients
Begin by washing one cup of raw rice with water.
Then, place 1 cup of raw rice in water and allow it to soak for 3-4 hours.
Grind the raw rice until it becomes a fine powder.
To prepare the dish, take a pan and melt the jaggery by adding 1/4 cup water. Allow it to boil on a medium flame.
To ensure the proper consistency, drop a bit of jaggery syrup onto a bowl of water and observe if it solidifies.
To complete the recipe, turn off the heat and blend in cardamom powder and 3 tablespoons of ghee. Mix thoroughly.
Add the rice in small amounts and thoroughly mix it until it forms a dough. (Flame is turned off)
Please allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Heat Oil in a Kadhai on a medium flame
To make the puris, start by shaping the dough into lemon-sized balls. Coat each ball with sesame seeds, then press it into a flat puri shape onto either butter paper or a plastic sheet.
To achieve crispiness, fry them on low heat until they turn a golden brown colour.
After a certain amount of time, it's recommended to switch to the opposite side.
Now that the crispy brown color has appeared, we can remove it from the oil.
