Ingredients of a chocolate brownie recipe
Melt the chocolate alone with butter, 2 tbsp cocoa powder & instant coffee powder using the double method.
Once the chocolate ganache is ready, let it cool to room temperature.
Grease the cake tins and place butter paper in them.
Take a mixing bowl and coarsely ground sugar, eggs and vanilla essence
Using a hand whisker, beat the eggs for 5mins until frothy.
To this, add the chocolate ganache and mix it well
Now add dry ingredients to the batter – all-purpose flour and ¼ cup Cocoa powder
Mix the ingredients using a folding method.
Transfer a half portion of the brownie batter to one cake tin.
Tap gently to remove any air bubbles.
Garnish with some choco chips on the top.
Preheat the oven to 180C for 5 mins, then bake the brownie on convection mode for 45 mins at 180C
After 45 mins of Baking in the Over, Chocolate Brownie is ready.
Let it cool down for 10-15 mins.
Once they are warm, transfer them to a plate and cut them into cubes
