Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Dark Compound Chocolate
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 3 No Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Coarsely grinded Sugar
  • Cake Tins

  • 1 oven
  • 1 Cake Tin
  • 1 bottom vessel

Method
 

  1. Ingredients of a chocolate brownie recipe
  2. Melt the chocolate alone with butter, 2 tbsp cocoa powder & instant coffee powder using the double method.
  3. Once the chocolate ganache is ready, let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Grease the cake tins and place butter paper in them.
  5. Take a mixing bowl and coarsely ground sugar, eggs and vanilla essence
  6. Using a hand whisker, beat the eggs for 5mins until frothy.
  7. To this, add the chocolate ganache and mix it well
  8. Now add dry ingredients to the batter – all-purpose flour and ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  9. Mix the ingredients using a folding method.
  10. Transfer a half portion of the brownie batter to one cake tin.
  11. Tap gently to remove any air bubbles.
  12. Garnish with some choco chips on the top.
  13. Preheat the oven to 180C for 5 mins, then bake the brownie on convection mode for 45 mins at 180C
  14. After 45 mins of Baking in the Over, Chocolate Brownie is ready.
  15. Let it cool down for 10-15 mins.
  16. Once they are warm, transfer them to a plate and cut them into cubes
  17. Delicious Chocolate Brownie is ready!!!

Notes

  • No baking soda or baking powder is used in making a brownie
  • Make sure you use coarsely grinded sugar and not a fine powder or castor sugar
  • For garnishing Use walnuts instead or along with choco chips for added flavour
  • Always preheat the oven or cooker before baking
  • Bake for 35-45 mins @ 180 ° or untill done (since it's a brownie it will be bit moist inside - clean toothpick test wont work)
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream on top as a desert
